How Does Our Online Store Work?

2. CAN'T FIND THE PRODUCT YOU NEED?

If you're unable to find the product you wish to purchase, please reach out to our online store for assistance.

You can contact us via email, through our social media channels, or by using the website's live chat feature. When you reach out, please provide all the necessary details of the product you need, or attach a photo of it. This will help us assist you more effectively.

 

3. HOW TO FIND OUT YOUR ORDER STATUS?


Enter “Orders” section in your personal account to find out your order status. You will see a table with your orders information there. It has data on status.

The following order statuses are available:

  • Awaiting payment - you should pay the order to start processing it.
  • Paid - in process, but not yet bought.
  • Ordered - sent by seller, but not received at our warehouse.
  • In handling at warehouse - received at the warehouse.
  • Cancelled - order of goods is suspended for any reason.

4. DOES THE PHOTO IN THE CARD MEET REAL PRODUCT?

Online store employees check it goods for their compliance with specified characteristics and production defects upon receipt in the warehouse. Goods may be replaced if non-conformity is detected.


Therefore, you will receive exactly the thing indicated on Chinese seller’s photo.


Important!
Some sellers use professional photographs of their products, so actual colours can be slightly different: lighter or darker.


5. HOW TO TRACK THE PARCEL?

After receiving goods in our warehouse we will provide you a tracking number to track your order delivery.

 


6. WHY DO I NEED A PERSONAL CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT?

Your personal account stores all necessary information for processing and delivering your orders. Here you can also add funds, check purchase history, trace stages of order execution and clarify information on any order you are interested in.


You can always change your personal data and contact information.

Registration on the site will allow you to carry out all subsequent orders much faster. You do not have to fill in delivery details again. They will be automatically taken from your personal account.

 


7. WHAT IS A CUSTOMER`S PAYMENT ACCOUNT?

This is your personal customer’s account in our online store. You can add funds here and use them to pay for your orders.
