Pinbaba User Registration and Service Agreement

Introduction
1.1 Pinbaba is an online platform that provides information intermediary services to facilitate transactions between users and third-party purchasing and logistics service providers. By registering and using the Pinbaba platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
1.2 Pinbaba reserves the right to update this agreement periodically. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please refrain from using the Pinbaba platform.

User Registration and Account Management
2.1 To use Pinbaba's services, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. Pinbaba reserves the right to verify your identity and refuse service if the information provided is deemed inaccurate or incomplete.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information. Pinbaba shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred due to unauthorized access to your account.
2.3 Pinbaba may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your account if it suspects any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Purchasing and Logistics Services
3.1 Pinbaba is an intermediary platform and does not directly provide purchasing or logistics services. Instead, it connects users with qualified third-party purchasing and logistics service providers.
3.2 When submitting a purchasing service request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the desired product, including links, specifications, and delivery details. Pinbaba will facilitate the creation of a purchasing service order with a third-party purchasing service provider based on your request.
3.3 Pinbaba carefully selects and manages the third-party purchasing and logistics service providers on its platform. However, Pinbaba does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or legality of their services. Users are encouraged to review the service providers' qualifications and communicate directly with them regarding their orders.
3.4 Pinbaba shall not be held responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during the purchasing or logistics process, as these services are provided by third-party service providers.

Prohibited Items and Activities
4.1 Users are strictly prohibited from using Pinbaba's services, including the Facebook Login feature, to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, selling, or transporting illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items, spamming, misrepresenting the app's purpose, or engaging in any behavior that violates Facebook's Platform Policy.
4.2 Pinbaba reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activities to the relevant authorities and cooperate with law enforcement investigations. Any violation of Facebook's Platform Policy may result in the termination of the user's access to Pinbaba's services and the revocation of their Facebook Login privileges.

Payment and Refunds
5.1 Users are required to pay for the purchased goods, as well as any applicable service fees, taxes, and shipping costs, as displayed on the Pinbaba platform.
5.2 Pinbaba facilitates payments between users and service providers through secure, third-party payment channels, including Stripe, PayPal and Bank Wire Transfer. By choosing to pay with Stripe, users agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy for processing transactions.
5.3 When making a payment through Stripe, users consent to the sharing of necessary payment information with Stripe to facilitate the transaction. Stripe may collect and store personal information in accordance with their privacy policy.
5.4 Refunds and chargebacks for payments made through Stripe are subject to Stripe's policies and procedures. Pinbaba does not guarantee or process refunds directly for Stripe transactions.
5.5 Pinbaba shall not be liable for any issues or disputes arising from payment processing handled by Stripe. Users should contact Stripe directly for any payment-related concerns.
5.6 Refunds and returns for payments made through other methods are subject to the policies of the individual purchasing and logistics service providers. Pinbaba does not guarantee or process refunds directly for these transactions.

Dispute Resolution and Liability
6.1 In the event of a dispute between a user and a purchasing or logistics service provider, Pinbaba may, at its sole discretion, assist in the resolution process. However, Pinbaba's decisions or judgments are not legally binding, and users retain the right to pursue claims directly against the service provider.
6.2 Pinbaba shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays arising from the actions or inactions of third-party purchasing or logistics service providers, product sellers, payment institutions, or other third parties involved in the transaction process.

Data Protection and Privacy
7.1 Data Protection and Privacy 7.1 Pinbaba collects, stores, and uses your personal information, including data obtained through Facebook Login, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations. By using Pinbaba's services and logging in through Facebook, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7.2 Pinbaba implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. This includes the use of encryption, secure storage, and strict access controls to safeguard user data obtained through Facebook Login. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is 100% secure, and Pinbaba cannot guarantee absolute security.
7.3 Pinbaba will use user data obtained through Facebook Login solely for the purposes of authentication, personalization, and enhancing the user experience on the platform. This data will not be sold or transferred to third parties without the user's explicit consent. Users have the right to control and revoke access to their Facebook data at any time through their Facebook account settings.

Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Pinbaba platform are the property of Pinbaba or its licensors. Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any content from the platform without prior written consent from Pinbaba.
8.2. When using Facebook's brand assets, such as logos and trademarks, in connection with the Facebook Login feature, Pinbaba will adhere to Facebook's Brand Guidelines to ensure proper usage and representation of their brand. Pinbaba will provide appropriate attribution to Facebook when using their APIs and features, acknowledging their role in enabling the login functionality.

Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinbaba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
9.2 Pinbaba's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the user to Pinbaba within the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations or submitted to the competent court in Hong Kong.


By using Pinbaba's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please refrain from using the Pinbaba platform.
